By the decision of the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission n° 11 dd 26.01.2016 “On the procedure for the introduction of technical regulations of the Customs Union in the Kyrgyz Republic" following order of implementation have been approved for 34 Technical Regulations.

- 016/2011 Safety of apparatus working on gas fuel
- 018/2011 Safety of vehicles
- 019/2011 Safety of individual protective equipment
- 026/2011 Safety of small-size boats
- 030/2011 Requirements for lubricants, oils and special fluids
- 032/2011 Safety of equipment working under excessive pressure
- Technical Regulations to be introduced from 12.08.2016:

- 012/2011 Safety of equipment for hazardous areas
- 031/2011 Safety of agricultural and forest tractors and their trailers

- Technical Regulations to be introduced from 12.08.2019:
- 013/2011 Requirements for road and aviation gasoline, diesel, and ship fuel, jet fuel, and oil.
The transitional period when it is allowed to produce and release products without certificates is 1 year. The transitional period when it is allowed to produce and release products as per national certification is 2 years.
